2. Purchase & maintenance of Computers, computer stationery items, Printer Cartridges etc.
3. Matters related to CGHS / Medical treatment permission, etc.
4. Procurement and maintenance of Electrical items/ACs/Air Purifiers, etc.
5. All works relating to Housekeeping services.
6. Matters related to Government Vehicles and hiring of Private Vehicles for official use and settlement of related bills.
7. Purchase and maintenance of furniture and office equipment.
8. Purchase of Government official books.
9. Installation/Maintenance and reimbursement of Telephone.
10. CR Section of Chanderlok Building & Transport Bhawan.
11. Reimbursement of petty bills such as news paper, refreshments, telephone bills etc.
