The Human Resource Development activities of the Ministry of Tourism mainly include capacity building programmes, sensitization of stake holders in tourism industry and making available trained manpower in the field of hospitality and tourism to the industry through its network of Institutes of Hotel Management and Indian Institute of Tourism & Travel Management.
